3 phase set of insulating rods with lugs to fit into an RSTI-58/68 elbows, effectively creating a dummy elbow.

Common uses:
• Testing equipment using RSTI-68TRA test rods with no cable connected to equipment.
• Extend the bushing for connecting an RSTI-CC coupling connector
• Mounting an RSTI-CC Surge arrestor without a cable
• Testing equipment an RSTI-CC coupling connector cable in isolation.
