Description
Battery hydraulic crimping tool for copper and aluminium cable terminals and splicing sleeves to 400mm² on de-energised conductors. 130kN of crimping force from an 18V battery, running the standard 12t die system already in the crew's kit, with a 42mm latching C-head that rotates through 345°.
Key features
- Accepts standard 12t dies – no change of die system; the dies already in the crew's kit fit the tool.
- 130kN force, 70MPa – automatic pressure release and oil return at the end of every crimp.
- Mechanical retraction without power – ram retracts by hand if the battery is flat.
- 345° head rotation – present the die at any angle to the joint.
- 42mm C-head opening – clears large connectors; side entry.
