Description
Prevent contamination of your cable joints by covering the outer jacket.
When completing joints, you will need to park several layers of tubing over the cable for later use after the conductors are joined. If the cable is unclean or if it has conductive graphite powder on the sheath, this can get into your heat shrink tubing and be drawn into the joint. Prevent contamination by covering the outer jacket before parking tubing over it.
This 100mm wide wrap is a convenient size for the tool kit and at 280m you will lose this roll before it runs out.
