Description
DJ8T is a matched pair of hydraulic drum jack stands for dispensing cable from timber or steel drums on site. Each upright carries a bottle jack, a sliding front bracket with a pinned safety gate, and a fixed top roller bracket, so the drum can be raised clear of the ground and left free to rotate under haul. The wide triangular feet are pre-drilled for anchoring, and a rear stabiliser bar ties the two uprights together to resist tipping across the pair. Cable can be drawn from over the top or from underneath.
Supplied as a matched handed pair – one left, one right – sold as one SKU.

Safety and rating conditions
NEVER PLACE ANY PART OF THE BODY UNDER A RAISED DRUM. DJ8T supports and rotates a drum. It is not a lifting device and must not be used to lift, transport or suspend any load other than a cable drum located on its own axle. Raise the drum only as far as needed to give free rotation and cable clearance, then stop. Do not leave a raised drum unattended.
THE RATING DEPENDS ON HOW THE STAND IS SET UP. Rated working load applies only with the pair on solid level ground, both uprights raised evenly, axle cones fully seated and grub screws tightened, retention collars fitted, rear stabiliser bar installed, and a minimum of 125mm of axle protruding outboard of each upright. Anchor the feet where the ground is not firm. The front sliding brackets are rated lower than the top roller brackets.
