ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL 5L CONTAINER
Description
Chemtools® 99.8% Pure IPA Isopropyl Alcohol is an effective, economical solvent, containing the least amount of water possible. This pure solvent does not contain CFCs or chlorinated solvents, such as trichloroethylene. It will quickly clean a variety of soils, including some flux residues, light oils, polar, organic, and ionic residues.
Can be used to hasten the drying of PCBs that have been cleaned with Chemtools PCB Wash, as it is miscible with water.
Suitable for use on magnetic tape heads, optical and precision instruments, and Printed Circuit Boards. May be used in ultrasonic tanks that are adapted for flammable liquids. Harmless to most plastics, elastomers, and rubbers. Painted surfaces should be tested before use. Use only in a well ventilated area.
Available in various sizes for immersion cleaning or filling 'pump bottles' used with brushes, or foam tipped buds. The aerosol format is supplied with an extension tube for hard to reach places.
